遊戲大廠 Ubisoft 昨（13）日發出公告，宣布將延後公布 2025-26 財年上半年（截至 3 月31 日為止）的財報，並同步向歐洲證券交易所 Euronext 提出要求，從 11 月14 日起暫停其股票與債券的交易，直至公司正式發佈財報為止。

根據外媒報導指出，Ubisoft 原定於 11 月13 日公布財務數據，但在財報召開前僅數分鐘，即透過緊急公告表示將需要更多時間完成本期結算，因此決定將財報發佈時間延後，並要求 Euronext 暫停其股票（股票代碼 FR0000054470）及其債券（包括 FR001400DV38、FR001400MA32、FR0014000O87）交易。公司內部由執行長 Yves Guillemot 所發出的員工電子郵件顯示：「我們將在接下來數日內公布上半年度財報，暫停交易是為避免市場過度波動」。

Ubisoft 並未對延後公布的具體原因做出詳細說明，外界分析指出，突發的交易暫停通常都不是因為佳績所致，反而較常與重大內部調整、併購談判或財務問題息息相關。研究機構 Niko Partners 分析師 Daniel Ahmad 在社群平臺上發文表示：這可能意味著有重大公告即將公佈，也有可能是帳務出現異常。
事實上，Ubisoft 近期面臨了不少挑戰與輿論壓力，從《刺客教條：暗影者》的延遲上市加上股價處於 10 年低點等因素，皆讓市場對公司的財務狀況保持高度關注，在這樣的前提下，又發生了財報延後和交易暫停的安排，無疑放大了外界對內部策略走向與財務透明度的猜測。
